THE STORY
Connor grew up salt-crusted and sun-soaked in Key West, surrounded by Cuban cafés and coladas on every corner. His first kitchen was mom's food cart, before he could even see over the counter.
Then his parents got "real jobs" and dragged him to Austin. Trading turquoise waters for Texas heat. But like his tan, the flavors of home stuck. From mom's cart to family restaurants to Michelin star kitchens across the world, he's always chasing the perfect bite.
"Every sandwich is a love letter home, slow roasted mojo pork, pressed cuban bread, flavors that taste like home even 1,500 miles away."
